Anonymous, owner-less fellowship — on Solana.
Ancestral Humanity Anonymous (AHA) is a worldwide fellowship modelled on the 12-step traditions. Ayni is its Solana implementation: a Circle admits members, holds a treasury, decides by group conscience, and recovers from lost keys — with no owner and no admin key, and every member anonymous by default through zero-knowledge proofs.
A Circle is governed by a Council of 7 seats — the authority is the Council acting 4-of-7, never a single owner. Three named servants and four elders of the directions.
A membership is a ZK commitment (a hash of a secret), not a wallet — so on-chain reads never reveal who a member is. It is non-transferable and renews each term. A wallet may optionally be bound for selective disclosure and key recovery.
Each Circle chooses its policy — and can switch anytime from the admin console.
High-stakes, time-locked, and contestable — any one seat can cancel during the window.
One member, one anonymous ballot (zero-knowledge), with a per-proposal nullifier preventing double-votes; passes on a ⅓ quorum + majority.
The Council opens the question and records the outcome; members cast ZK ballots from their own client.
Each Circle is self-supporting. Anyone may donate SOL (or any SPL/Token-2022) into the Circle's treasury PDA; funds move only by a 4-of-7 vote.
The money is held in common, never by one person, so a Circle's treasury steward wallet must be a multisig (m-of-n, at least 2 signers). The program enforces this on-chain. Make one with spl-token create-multisig 2 … or the in-app helper — see docs/multisig.md.
Every Circle is automatically assigned an @aha-domain email at creation. Each new registration notifies that address.
Any member may post a notice (text and/or image) valid for a date range. Any of the 7 seats may remove any post at any time.
Anyone can open a new Circle, nested under the World Service (foundation) Circle, with identical governance.
Two themes (☀︎ / ☾) and many languages — switch them from the top bar of the app.
